  • Suggested workflow for Submission management is as follows:
    - The Marketplace Admin receives an email notification regarding a new submission
    - The Marketplace Admin reviews the Submission and marks it as rejected or approved
    - If approved, the Submission gets published in the relevant pages of the Marketplace and stored into the database as "Accepted Submission"
    - If rejected, an automatic email is sent to the Citizen/Citizens' Organization to notify about the rejection and ask for a review and new submission
    The system sends out confirmation email to the Citizen/Citizens' Organization at each stage of the submission process, for example: 1) Submission Received 2) Submission Rejected/ Approved
  • The system allows the NGOs, Government or Official Organisations to log in and view submissions filtered by date of submission, thematic areas, event or opening etc.
  • The system allows the site administrator to login and view new, current and historic submissions for all or specific NGOs, Government or Official Organisations and Citizen or Citizens' Organizations
  • The system allows the site administrator to login and search for specific Submissions and Events/Openings by NGOs, Government or Official Organisations and Citizen or Citizens' Organizations, etc.
  • The system allows the printing of Submissions (for a selected Citizen or Citizens' Organization or by date range)
